SGS Herbals (P) Limited is a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 in July 2005 having its registered office at B-22, Ansal Chambers 1, 3, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi –110066 and Factory at 585,586/1, VPO Khera Nehla, Tehsil Nalagarh, HP, India. The Company was established in 2005 and after successful trial run and various in-house testing of products, the management decided to come in the field of marketing its Cosmetic products and Hotel room amenities in India. Slowly the company diversified its activities and started manufacturing cleaning and Hygiene products and chemicals for room care, Kitchen care, Hand care and industrial cleaning chemicals. SGS Herbals is an ISO 9001 :2015 and GMP Certified Company.
The company has been promoted by very experienced professional promoters having vast experience in herbal and Ayurvedic field. Dr R.N.Sharma an MD Doctor in Ayurveda & the initial promoter was already providing consultancy to many herbal cosmetic companies for formulation of ayurvedic and herbal cosmetics .He is the main brain behind the SGS Herbal project. Apart from this, he is presently indulged in running Ayurveda Clinics and Panchakarma centers in London and Europe. He is also a consultant to various Ayurveda medicine and cosmetic industries regarding the development of new formulations with clinical trials. He is UK based and providing consultancy in herbal and ayurvedic field. He is further assisted by three other promoters namely Dr Pooja Kansal involved in research and product development activities, Sunita Sharma an advocate of Delhi high court and having more than 23 years of experience in legal field and Manjeet Singh having vast experience in local marketing.
The unit was established 2007 as per Cosmetic and chemical Industry requirement. The building has been designed and constructed as per herbal cosmetic and drugs requirements. The plant at Nalagarh is installed with the latest technology machines that manufacture the best finished Herbal products and cleaning chemicals. The company is having installed capacity of 1000 MT per month of Herbal Shampoos & toiletries and cleaning chemicals.
The company entered into a technical arrangement with European Institute for Scientific Research on Ayurveda (EISRA), Holland and Ayurveda UK Ltd., London. The EISRA is the reputed institute in Europe involved in research development and educational activities relating to Ayurveda. EISRA is having roots in The Netherlands. Ayurveda UK Ltd. has been promoted by Dr. R. N. Sharma for running Ayurvedic clinics and Panchkarma Centers in UK. Ayurveda UK Ltd. is also involved in research and development activities relating to Ayurveda and Herbal Cosmetics and providing consultancy to many in the field of Ayurvedic Medicines and Cosmetics.
The products launched by the company has been developed over the years by our R&D team and finally being launched and marketed. The company has established its own in house laboratory for the research, development and testing purpose and is being looked after by the well qualified technical personnel and Doctors under the supervision of Dr. Pooja Kansal, Director. The Company is doing continuous R&D work on the products already developed and new formulations are being developed according to need of the customer, environmental requirements and most important suiting to an individual without any harmful effects and maintaining hygiene and other requirements. The R&D team is headed by initial promoters of the Company having more than 25 years of experience in Ayurvedic and herbal field and is assisted by Dr. Pooja Kansal, Director of the Company looking after Indian operations and many other related experts.
